Jackie's devotion to real estate is evident through her outstanding work ethic. In addition to her dedication working with buyers and sellers, Jackie is honored to be a preferred agent with Silent Soldier, "The Voice of America's Forgotten Heroes," and is certified as a Military Relocation Professional. Jackie holds certifications specializing in Divorce Real Estate, Workforce Housing and FHLMC Smart Credit.

Jackie grew up in a Real Estate family. Her parents owned Ball Realty in Lanham, MD and later Ball Construction in Montross, VA. Jackie grew up in Berwyn Heights, MD and later, Montross, VA. Jackie graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Journalism.

Jackie is the author of, "Rental Properties Are A Girl's Best Friend," based upon her successful ventures in the rental property world. Outside of the office Jackie enjoys spending time at her investment properties, renovating homes, reading, day trips, biking, cooking, animal rights and spending time with family and friends.
