I am a full time, experienced real estate professional. Real Estate has been a part of my life since the beginning. My father, Ralph Ball was the owner broker of Ball Realty, Inc. for more than 20 years.  During my adult life, I have obtained a strong background in Mortgage Banking, Real Estate Appraising and Real Estate Investments. Owning several rental properties and some investment land has taught me to work with real estate as a method of creating passive, recurring income.
